Diamond Garden 

The Diamond garden off of the kitchen links the main house to the barn.    The diamond pattern of boxwood is meant to emulate the diamond inlays within the Peruvian cherry floors of the main house.

 

The addition of the "Sun" ferns around the fountain help to soften the center of the garden.  The outer parameter of the garden is bordered by hedges of Pinpoint Holly.
